Message from the Executive Director
"Welcome to Emmanuel Development Association (EDA) website.
Development is a process and a challenge that requires learning. EDA is a learning and development organization. We learn from practice and sharing. External and internal environments are always becoming an opportunity for EDA to position ourselves to address the needs of our community and transform our leadership and conduct grassroots development in the country.
Our core principle is sustainable development which can contribute for long lasting impact in the lives of our community. We believe in three principles,(Community, Collaboration and Changes.) Integrating the three Cs results in sustainable and long lasting impact in the lives of our marginalized community.
Our agenda is to empower and build the foundation of young people (children and youth) to contribute for their nation and become the emerging leaders of Ethiopia. EDA values collaborating, networking and would like continue work together and network with like-minded organizations, academic institutions and relevant stakeholders for the better future of our people and the grassroots community in Ethiopia.
I would like to invite all committed actors to work with EDA innovatively to address the dynamic changes and development challenges of my country. We can impact the lives of the marginalized community and celebrate together the success as a partner.
I thank you,"
